What QC photos are and how to review them
QC photos (Quality Control) are the real images the agent takes of your product when it reaches their warehouse, before shipping it to you. They're your chance to review and decide.
What to check?
- Logos and prints: sharpness, alignment, correct typography.
- Seams and finish: straight, no loose threads.
- Color and material: matching what you ordered.
- Labels and details: size, tags, hardware.
- Defects: stains, tears, asymmetries.
If something is wrong
You can request an exchange or refund before shipping. That's why you should never ship without reviewing the QC.
