Independent informational resource
CNFinds is an independent informational directory. We do not sell products or handle payments or shipping. All purchases are made through third-party agents and platforms; you are responsible for your purchasing decisions and for complying with your country's customs laws.
Affiliate disclosure
Some links to shopping agents are affiliate links: we may receive a small commission (usually on the agent's shipping fee) if you buy through them, at no extra cost to you. This helps keep the site running.
Trademarks and intellectual property
Brand names and logos belong to their respective owners. CNFinds is not affiliated with or sponsored by any of the brands mentioned, and the appearance of a product does not imply authenticity or brand endorsement.
Privacy and data
In your browser (never leaves your device): favorites, language, currency and theme are stored in localStorage. We use no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
On our server we do store, and only if you send it:
- Your email, if you subscribe to the newsletter, create a price alert or request a product we don't have. Legal basis: your consent, given when you submit the form.
- Agent link clicks, anonymously (product and agent, with no identification of you). Legal basis: legitimate interest, to learn what's useful and keep the site running.
How long: we keep your email for as long as you want to receive updates; if you unsubscribe or ask us, we delete it. We do not sell or share your data, and we don't use it for anything other than what you sent it for.
Your rights (GDPR): you can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or object by writing to our contact email. You may also complain to your country's data protection authority.
Third parties: clicking an agent link takes you to a third-party site with its own privacy policy; we don't control what they do with your data. Product images are served from our domain or from the source platforms.
