The courier regime (Decree 604/2026)
- Up to 5 shipments per person per year, max USD 3,000 and 50 kg each, personal use only. Correo Argentino and private couriers follow the same rules.
- The first USD 400 (FOB) pay no import duty or statistics fee; above that, the product's duty and the 3% statistics fee apply to the excess only.
- 21% VAT applies to the full value, even under USD 400, and other withholdings may apply.
